| MOTOR-OIL EXTRACTOR
OPERATING BY VACUUM BY MEANS OF COMPRESSED-AIR AUITABLE FOR
SUCTION OF OIL AT TEMPERATURE 60 °C - 80 °C.
The oil-extractor are equipped with a kit of flexible and
rigid probes which allows the suction of the motor-oil from
the tank of the vehicles, moreover they are equipped with
special adaptor for particular medels of vehicles
(Golf-Audi-Mercedes) which are mounted directly on the bore of
the tank where is fiited the motor-oil level-stick.
So in
this case there is no need to insert the probes
During the
suction the oil must be at a temp. among 60-80°C. The vaccum
is created by means of a Venturi's device with a maximum
vacuum of 0,6 ATM within air consumption approx. 200
l./min
The capacity spread of suction of the oil-extractors
is among 0.6 min 0,6 min a 1,6 max 1/min depending on the dia.

For the 80 l. tank models the
emptying of the tank is made by mean of compressed-air and
therefore the machines are equipped with a safety valve
calibrated at 0.5 bar in order to avoid over-pressure in the
tank |
